• PROSPERO'S GROUP it is a work in progress of the POUCH THEATRE COMPANY
  
• PROSPERO'S GROUP was established in the autumn of 2008 at the Children's Palace in Bacau. Students from all high schools from Bacau form our group. The shows of the group are playing in Romanian, English and French.
  
• The coordinating teacher of the group is director, Gheorghe Balint.
• Shows performed : "Come and Go" by Samuele Beckett, "Impaiati-va iubitii" by Teodor Mazilu, "Sandwich cu pui" by Matei Visniec, " Te iubesc, tata..." by Mihaela Iancu, "Nu mai sunt iepurasul tau drag" by Matei Visniec.

• PROSPERO'S GROUP has a permanent theatrical season (we perform on every Saturday) at "Prospero" studio at the Children's Palace from Bacau.
  

Our show theme is about love, a very old theme...what happened between souls ?...we are interested in "simple" stories; we don't want to do "modern" theatre, sophisticated and rebellious plays...we want to get closer to our inner selves and to understand the souls, we hope we can convey emotion...every generation goes, as always, through the same questions and crises...to make theatre you have to have talent and a lot of passion...you have to have the joy of walking and acting on the scene boards...

Why do we make THEATRE ?...Why do we go to experience theatre ?...

Maybe because we want to illuminate our lives...
Theater asks questions, it doesn't give answers...

• PROSPERO’S GROUP s-a infiintat in toamna anului 2008 la Palatul Copiilor din Bacau si este un proiect (work in progress) al asociatiei BUZUNARUL CU TEATRU. Din trupa de teatru fac parte elevi din toate liceele din Bacau. Specatcolele grupului se joaca in limba romana, engleza si franceza.


• Profesorul coordonator al grupului este regizorul Gheorghe Balint.

  PROSPERO’S GROUP are stagiune permanenta (se joaca in fiecare sambata !) in sala studio “PROSPERO” a Palatului copiilor din Bacau - str. Oituz, nr. 24.
  
  Tema spectacolelor noastre este dragostea, tema veche de cand lumea…Ce se-ntampla intre suflete ?....Ne intereseaza povestile "simple", nu vrem sa facem spectacole de teatru "moderne", sofisticate, teribiliste cu orice pret... vrem sa ne apropiem si sa ne intelegem sufletele, speram sa transmitem emotie... Fiecare generatie trece prin mereu aceleasi intrebari si crize...Pentru TEATRU este nevoie de talent si pasiune…sa ai bucuria de a pasi si juca pe scandura scenei...de ce facem teatru ? ...de ce mergem la teatru ?...poate pentru a lumina scena vietii noastre...teatrul pune intrebari, nu da raspunsuri...
